An Experience, 38 x 24 is the third in a series of Abstract paintings. In assembling scraps of watercolored paper, I became overcome by the possibilities. I became emamored as I allowed the medium of watercolor bath to facilitate in solving a problem. In a way, this is a mindmapping matrix of how I solve problems. As I was thinking of how to overcome a difficult situation, I symbolically made abstract the movement of thinking, and the branching of thoughts. The whitish organism in the center is the resolution to the problem. Patches of pruned thoughts lay dormant, around and behind the resolution whilst the active neuro-electric sections make connections throughout the matrix. After completion of the problem, I realized the visual outlay of my experience, and hence the name, "An Experience"
